Chelsea served as UCCRN's Cities and Climate Change Marketing Lead from August 2025 to May 2026, while pursuing an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. Prior to Columbia, Chelsea attended the University of Virginia, where she received a B.A. in Global Development Studies and a B.A. in Environmental Thought & Practice.
